Welcome to District 13 RP — a serious and immersive roleplay community where every decision, every action, and every word shapes the world around you. Our server is built on professionalism, realism, and player-driven stories.

Prioritize believable, high-quality roleplay.

Treat all players with dignity, in and out of character.

Encourage unique stories and character arcs.

Enforce rules without bias or favoritism.

Support player development and long-term server evolution.

Always stay in character (IC) unless given explicit permission by staff.

Treat others with respect, both in and out of character.

Good Microphone is required for communication unless a valid reason is approved.

Use of common sense is mandatory — if it feels wrong, don't do it.

Staff decisions are final; do not argue IC/OOC decisions in RP.

Exploiting, hacking, or use of third-party cheats will result in a permanent ban.

You must follow the server lore and respect faction structures.

Do not impersonate staff, EMS, PD, or any whitelisted role without authorization.

Use of slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior is strictly forbidden.

No Random Deathmatching (RDM) – killing without valid RP reason.

No Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM) – using a vehicle to kill without valid RP.

No Cop Baiting – do not provoke police without an RP reason.

No Spamming in any way.

No sexual, racist, or politically offensive RP.

Do not block or abuse public services (e.g., EMS, PD).

Do not kidnap or rob new players without valid RP build-up.

Do not interfere with scenes you're not part of (unless it's RP-justified).

Do not store items or use menus while downed or handcuffed.

Minor violations may result in a verbal warning or written warning.

Repeated violations lead to temp bans.

Severe rule breaks (RDM/VDM/exploits) = instant ban.

Toxicity, staff disrespect, or OOC threats will not be tolerated.

Evading bans through alt accounts = permanent blacklist.

All bans can be appealed through our Discord within 72 hours.

Staff reserve the right to escalate punishments at their discretion.

Players may file complaints via the official Discord complaint form.

Screenshots, video proof, and player IDs are required.

False reports or misuse of the complaint system may lead to punishment.

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.

Staff decisions are final unless clearly biased or unsupported by evidence.

You may not harass staff or players in your report.

Robberies require prior planning and valid RP.

Store Robbery: Max 2 robbers + 1 lookout.

Fleeca Bank / Jewelry: Max 4 robbers + 1 lookout.

Major Bank (Pacific/Paleto): Max 8 robbers.

Only 1 outside gang or party may interfere.

No third-party interference without IC reason and planning.

Cooldown: 1 hour between major robberies.

Hostages must be real players (not friends cooperating OOC).

Hostage RP must be believable and well-acted.

You may not use a hostage as a free pass or to avoid consequences.

Hostage demands must be realistic.

Do not harm hostages without RP build-up.

Hostage must be released or dealt with logically by the end of the scene.

All gangs must be whitelisted and approved by staff.

Max gang size: 10 members (unless approved for more).

Gang wars must be staff-approved and RP-based.

Gangs must have a unique identity, story, and structure.

No excessive turf camping or baiting.

No chain robbing other gangs without development.

Gangs must not force civilians into crime without RP progression.

If your character passes out, you forget all details leading to the incident.

You may not return to the scene or seek revenge.

You may not call for backup while unconscious.

Metagaming: Using OOC info (Discord, streams, etc.) in RP.

Powergaming: Forcing RP actions on others without their chance to respond.

Examples: Using a map to find players. Forcing someone to give items without a chance to resist. Acting invincible or robotic.

Doing things unrealistic or immersion-breaking.

Using emotes to avoid danger (e.g. /e sleep in a gunfight).

Speaking OOC without /ooc or breaking character.

Unrealistic outfits, actions, or names.

Respect LEOs during scenes.

Surrender when realistically outnumbered or surrounded.

Do not provoke or troll police just to start scenes.

If tased, cuffed, or downed — comply.

Logging out during active RP = instant punishment.

Must wait 10 minutes after the scenario ends to leave.

If a crash occurs during a scenario, return to where you were then proceed with the roleplay.

Businesses must be applied for and approved.

Owners are expected to run events, hire players, and contribute to RP.

Business misuse (money washing, illegal use of the business, etc.) will lead to shutdown by the police if caught.

All businesses must keep logs of employees and activity.

All rules are subject to change in the future. Not knowing the rules does not give you immunity from punishment.
